Japanese water therapy can be really helpful for weight loss. As you know water is not only one of the basic elements but also a very essential part of our lives in order to flush out all the toxins and to help it to function properly and also 100% calorie-free. One must drink at least eight to ten glasses of water every day.

Here are some important things that the Japanese water therapy suggests you must do to loss weight.

As soon as you wake up in the morning drink four to six glasses of water on an empty stomach. Each glass should contain 160 to 200 milliliters of water ideally. The water should be consumed at room temperature. Lukewarm fresh lemon juice can also be squeezed in it if you like.

Now brush your teeth after drinking water. Don't drink or eat something for at least 50 minutes. Take the breakfast and continue with your daily routine.
