Ever wonder why you can’t stick to a good habit like you’re keeping on track with something, and then it just falls off, and you completely give up because the same.

In 2021 especially this is the time of year when we’re thinking about adding some of those new good habits into our lifestyles and really trying to start the year off on a fresh foot. I don’t know if you’re the kind of person who you try to adopt all these new habits and then eventually they just fall off, and you stop. You stop keeping up with them, and then they’re a thing of the past.

This especially happens to me when it comes to my diet, I sometimes find I’m doing super great and then other times its just you know I’m eating everything in sight. So for me diet is really that all or nothing thing that I’ve been consistently trying to work on in my lifestyle, but I mean this can be the thing with any habit that you might be trying to approach or adopt into your life.

Now I do a lot of reading on self growth and personal development and all of this stuff, and I was really doing a lot of research into habits, and you know working to create better habits and stronger habits and how to actually keep them.
